Cream of Asparagus Soup

In this recipe, fresh asparagus is cooked with chickpeas and onion. I don’t use cream or milk. I used agar agar powder. The agar agar is obtained from red algae. You can use agar agar as a thickener, stabilizer, texturizer and gelling agent of numerous recipes.
