Fig Chia Pudding

Today I bring you a recipe with fig and chia. You can eat it for breakfast or snack. At the end of this post, I share the recipe video.


1 cup of vegetable drink ( I used coconut drink)

2 Tb. of chia seed

2 figs

2 tsp. of honey


Step 1: Mix the vegetable drink with the chia in a glass

Step 2: Cut one fig into squares

Step 3: Add the fig and the honey to the mixture

Step 4: Leave the mixture overnight in the refrigerator

Step 5: Cut one fig into slices

Step 6: Press the slices of fig against the glass (use coconut oil to make it stick)

Step 7: Fill the glass with the mixture
