HUMMUS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of chickpeas
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Parsley
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
PROCESS
- In a blender or food processor add chickpeas, lemon juice, curry, pepper, garlic, olive oil, paprika.
- Mix all the ingredients.
