Hummus recipe



  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika


  • In a blender or food processor add chickpeas, lemon juice, curry, pepper, garlic, olive oil, paprika.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Eat with your favorite snack.
